Removable Partial Dentures
Removable partial dentures (RPD's) come in a variety of materials and designs. RPD's are a less expensive option for replacing missing teeth and restoring a person's smile and ability to chew. Simplified, RPD's are retainers with teeth. Dr. Steve is very experienced in the esthetic and functional design of RPD's, and personally creates a custom design for each individual case.
Bridges
The loss of a tooth can greatly affect your oral health and personal appearance. When one or more teeth are missing, the remaining unsupported teeth can drift, lean, or twist. A dental bridge is made of several crowns connected to each other in order to replace one or more missing teeth. This procedure helps prevent the shifting and turning of your teeth, while restoring your smile and your ability to chew.

Implants
Dental implants are medically pure titanium anchors which are placed in the jawbone and allowed to heal for 4-6 months. During this healing period the bone "bonds" with the titanium creating a strong foundation to which Dr. Steve can attach crowns and bridges. Dental implants stop bone loss where teeth were lost and preserve facial contours.

Implants are the latest technique available to dentists for the replacement of missing teeth. Implants can be used to replace one, many, or all the teeth in an arch.

Once healed, crowns, bridges, or even full dentures can be fabricated that are in turn supported by implants. These replacements are permanently cemented, so they are indistinguishable from those that are supported by the teeth.
